Criminal case - Forfeiture. Government showed that the defendant's real property had a substantial connection to his child pornography offenses, and the court did not err in forfeiting the house and the property on which it stood; court specifically found the forfeiture was constitutional and not excessive, and no remand for further discussion of proportionality issues was required.
