   Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Section 1322(b) of the Bankruptcy Code
   is unambiguous and does not prohibit modification of a manufactured
   home security interest where that interest is not a real property interest; as
   a result, the bankruptcy court did not err in concluding that the debtor
   could cram down Green Tree's secured claim.
