Section 301of the Labor Management Relations Act; district court did not
err in granting defendants summary judgment on plaintiff's claim the trial
board was biased against him as there was some evidence to support
some of the charges brought against him; trial court's evidentiary rulings
were not an abuse of its discretion; district court did not err in
directing a verdict on plaintiff's claim that he was denied a full and
fair hearing; nor did the court err in directing a verdict on his
free-speech/retaliation claim. Judge Colloton, concurring in part and
