Criminal Case - sentencing. Paramedical examiner pleaded guilty to one
count of wire fraud for submitting fraudulent reimbursement claims for
life insurance health examinations never performed. District court did
not clearly err in applying 12-level offense increase based on attributable
loss from all alleged fraudulent submissions, not just those listed in
indictment or separately investigated, and did not err in finding sufficient
evidence establishing all submissions were fraudulent..District court did
not clearly err in calculating loss and in assessing restitution in the
amount of $236,297.70.
