Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. In a prosecution for mail
and wire fraud in connection with a fraudulent trust scheme, there was no
error in admitting evidence concerning a second trust defendant ran, as
the two trusts were inextricably intertwined and evidence regarding the
second trust was intrinsic to the indictment; no error in imposing a two-
level enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 2B1.1(b)(2)(A)(ii) for using
mass-marketing techniques, a website, to promote the scheme.
