Criminal case - sentencing. In a proceeding to modify defendant's sentence under the amendments to the crack guidelines, the district court did not abuse its discretion in failing to explicitly state what sentence it would have imposed had the amendment been in effect when defendant was originally sentenced; district court's observation that defendant's original sentence was the product of negotiation was an accurate reflection of the record; district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's motion to modify his sentence.
