violation of Nebraska's open container law - in the presence of a police
officer, and the officer had probable cause to arrest defendant and
conduct a search incident to arrest; evidence seized during the search and
defendant's statement after arrest could be used in support of a search
warrant application as they were not the fruits of an illegal search.
