U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 09-1394
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Smith and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Prison case - habeas. The Minnesota Supreme Court reasonably
applied relevant U.S. Supreme Court precedent when it determined
Losh's conviction and sentence has become final the date her period of
direct appeal expired and that she was not entitled to relief under Blakely
because her conviction and sentence became final before Blakely was
decided.
