   of inadmissability under 8 U.S.C. Sec. 1182(a)(6)(C)(i); court did not
   have jurisdiction to review the decision that petitioner's asylum
   application was untimely; decision to deny withholding of removal and to
   deny protection under the Convention Against Torture is affirmed.
