   Civil case - settlements. Arkansas cases suggest that the Arkansas
   Supreme Court would hold that the no-reliance clause in the parties'
   settlement agreement is not an absolute bar to plaintiff's claim that he
   was induced to sign the settlement agreement by defendant's fraud; as a
   result, the district court erred in granting defendant's motion to dismiss,
   and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
