the Minnesota Supreme Court on appeal from the trial court's denial of
postconviction relief, and his claim in this habeas petition had been
defaulted because it had not been fairly presented to the state courts;
Turnage established neither cause nor prejudice for his failure to raise the
issue, and the habeas petition was properly denied. Judge Colloton,
