Civil case - contracts. Plaintiff's admission that it would not have
cancelled the insured's policy based on the alleged defects defendant
failed to note in its report was sufficient to permit the district court to
grant defendant summary judgment; the parties' contract contained a
valid indemnification clause obligating plaintiff to indemnify defendant
for any claims arising out of its report; no error in awarding attorneys'
fees based on the indemnification provisions.
