Civil case - contracts. Enforcement of the restrictive covenants in
defendants' employment contracts was not contrary to Missouri law as
the covenants were supported by consideration, were within the class of
contracts where such covenants are permitted, were necessary to prevent
injury to a protectable interest and were reasonable in scope; award of
$1.36 million in liquidated damages affirmed.
