U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 09-2131
Board of Immigration Appeals
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Bye, Circuit Judges and
Goldberg, Court of International Trade]
Petition for Review - immigration. Immigration judge did not hold alien
to impermissibly high burden of proof by requiring corroboration of
alien's testimony that he entered the country on or before October 26,
1997, when his parents were available but unwilling to testify due to fear
of deportation. Alien lacks liberty interest in discretionary relief of
cancellation of removal.
