in denying summary judgment on the basis of qualified immunity to
prison officials on failure to protect claim, as evidence shows a
substantial risk of harm to Nelson existed and defendants recklessly
disregarded the risk, on failure to provide adequate psychological
treatment. as evidence supported official deliberately disregarded
need for treatment, and on retaliation/due process claim, as Nelson
was transferred after he filed abuse and neglect charge.
