U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 09-2358
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Bye, Circuit Judge, and Strom,
   District Judge]
Civil case - International Child Abduction Remedies Act. For the court's prior opinion in the matter, see Barzilay v. Barzilay, 536 F.3d 844 (8th Cir. 2008). District court did not err in dismissing the petition after determining that the children's country of habitual residence for purposes of the Hague Convention was the U.S., and that their retention in Missouri was not unlawful.
