Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. District court did not err in finding defendant Malloy's convictions for extortion and interfering with official acts causing bodily injury were crimes of violence under Guidelines Sec. 4B1.2(a) and could serve as the basis for career offender sentencing under Guidelines Sec. 4B1.1(b); evidence was sufficient to support defendant Kluge's conviction for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine; defendant Kluge's Iowa conviction for eluding a pursuing police officer was a conviction for a crime of violence and qualified him for sentencing under Guidelines Sec. 4B1.1.
