Civil Case - diversity-negligence. Jury verdict for plaintiff is affirmed. Sufficient evidence on causation was presented to go to a jury and district court did not err in denying motion for judgment as a matter of law and did not abuse its discretion in denying motion for new trial on causation issue. Evidence was sufficient to allow reasonable jury to find defendant breached the standard of care of certified athletic trainers.
