Criminal case - Sentencing. A person's legal status as a deportable alien
in not synonymous with national origin, and the district court committed
no procedural error when, consistent with statutes and sentencing
guidelines provisions, it considered defendants' illegal alien status;
defendants' illegal entry into the country is a permissible sentencing
factor; sentences were not unreasonable. Judge Bright, dissenting.
