   had not breached the insurance contract by refusing to pay death benefits
   because plaintiff's decedent had made material misrepresentations in his
   insurance policy applications and defendant had acted reasonably in
   relying on those misrepresentations in issuing the policy; denial of
   benefits was not made in bad faith.
