U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 09-3244
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Davenport
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Loken and Bright,
Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to support
defendant's conviction for possession and distribution of crack; district
court did not err in admitting evidence of defendant's 2001 crack
conviction as it was probative of his intent and knowledge; any error in
permitting further testimony on the activities that led to the 2001
conviction was harmless as the evidence of defendant's guilt was
overwhelming.
