[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Murphy and Shepherd,
Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. Claim that an exhibit was introduced in
violation of defendant's Sixth Amendment Confrontation Claus rights
rejected as the document was based on records kept in the ordinary course
of business and was nontestimonial; admission of other uncharged
instances of tax fraud was not error as the evidence was relevant to
defendant's intent, and the admission of the evidence did not violate Rule
404(b); no error in admitting handwriting evidence to prove defendant's
signature; evidence was sufficient to support defendant's convictions for
aiding and assisting the preparation of false income tax returns.
