U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 09-3701
U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota - Minneapolis
[PUBLISHED] [Chief Judge Riley, Author, with Melloy and Gruender,
Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - insurance contract. District court's conclusion that products
exclusion precluded coverage under the Directors, Officers, and
Company section because the claims involved products produced, sold,
marketed, distributed or developed by W3i is affirmed. Claims of
unauthorized or false charges were not billing disputes unaffected by
policy's products exclusion. We have a duty to apply "in any way
involving" within context of its use and such interpretation does not
require a causal connection. District court's judgment is affirmed.
