   Bankruptcy Judges]
Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Bankruptcy court did not err in denying Keith Thomas a discharge as the omissions in his petition, schedules and statements supported the court's inference of fraudulent intent; the court did not err in granting Patricia Thomas's request for a discharge as there was insufficient evidence to show she knew and understood that the petition and statements were inaccurate; bank's appeal was moot in light of the denial of Keith's request for a discharge; Patricia was not aggrieved by the court's orders, and her appeal is dismissed for lack of standing.
