   Criminal case - criminal law. District court erred in granting motion to
   suppress evidence seized from defendant's vehicle because at the moment
   the officers initiated a Fourth Amendment encounter an officer
   reasonably could suspect that defendant was presently engaged in
   criminal activity and that he was armed and dangerous.
