   Civil case - Injunctions. In action seeking the issuance of a preliminary
   injunction enjoining defendants from requiring plaintiff to register under
   the Missouri Sex Offender Registration Act, plaintiff's claims for
   preliminary injunctive relief were moot as he has now registered as an
   offender and the State of Missouri has dropped its criminal charges
   against him; with respect to plaintiff's request for a declaratory judgment
   that SORNA is unconstitutional, plaintiff's arguments have either been
   rejected by this court in prior decisions or are without merit.
