U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 10-1121
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Ft. Dodge
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Arnold and Shepherd,
Circuit Judges]
Criminal Case - sentence. District court did not clearly err in denying
request for two-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility. After the
guilty plea and before sentencing, Wineman wrote a rant on craigslist and
tested positive for methamphetamine and his initial denials are
inconsistent with acceptance of responsibility.
