Criminal case - Sentencing. The loss resulting from a mortgage fraud
includes the loss to the mortgage insurer, and the district court did not err
in including the insurer's payments to the defrauded mortgage company
in determining the amount of loss; district court did not err in ordering
defendant to make restitution to the mortgage insurer, as it was a victim
for purposes of the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act.
