The district court did not err in finding plaintiff's sexual abuse and tort claims against her former parish priest and the Rapid City Diocese were time-barred under South Dakota law; the relevant statutes of limitations were not tolled by fraudulent concealment, principles of equitable tolling or the doctrine of estoppel by duress.
