   on failure to accommodate religious beliefs is affirmed, as request 
   constituted an undue hardship because it would violate the collective 
   bargaining agreement, cause more than a de minimis impact on co-
   workers, and violate the seniority system. Religious Freedom Restoration
   Act claim fails because Title VII provides exclusive remedy for religious 
   discrimination claim.
