Criminal case - criminal law. The district court did not err in concluding defendant's cell phone qualified as a computer under 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1030(e)(1) and did not err in imposing a two-level enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 2G1.2(b)(3)(2009) for its use to facilitate the offense of transporting a minor in interstate commerce with the intent to engage in sexual activity.
