U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 10-2697
U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota - Rapid City
[PUBLISHED] [Bye, Author, with Riley, Chief Judge and Wollman,
Circuit Judge]
Criminal case - Criminal law and sentencing. Evidence was sufficient to
support defendant's conviction for conspiracy and distribution of cocaine;
court did not err in calculating the drug quantity attributable to defendant;
no error in denying defendant's request for a minor-role reduction as the
evidence showed defendant was actively and "deeply involved" in the
offense and purchased and dealt significant quantities of cocaine.
