Defendant's failure to request a special jury instruction or otherwise raise the issue in the district court meant that his claim that the district court erred in submitting a general unanimity instruction would be reviewed plain error; giving the general unanimity instruction was not plain error; no error in rejecting request for an entrapment instruction or in denying motion for acquittal based on entrapment.
