U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 10-3325
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Wollman, Circuit Judge, and
   Miller, District Judge]
Civil case - labor law. The district court erred in compelling arbitration without first deciding whether the 1994 agreement between the parties requires the Post to pay full health insurance benefits for the lifetime of each retiree; under the circumstances, the question of whether the right to fully-paid premiums vested under the 1994 agreement is best decided by the district court, and the matter is reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
