U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 10-3495
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri - Kansas City
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Smith, Circuit Judge, and Strom,
District Judge]
Criminal case - District court did not err in applying a four-level
enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 2K2.1(b)(4)(B) for possession of a
firearm with obliterated serial numbers; fact that the numbers could be
recovered in lab by scientific methods did not change the fact that the
numbers were obliterated for sentencing purposes.
