Bankruptcy Appellate Panel - automatic stay. Bankruptcy court correctly concluded automatic stay was not violated when creditor sought and obtained an ex parte order for protection under Minnesota Domestic Abuse Act, as order of protection was a civil action regarding domestic violence and the civil action was not stayed by the filing of the chapter 7 petition. Dismissal of complaint is affirmed.
