   Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. The bankruptcy court erred when it
   allowed debtor an extension of time to file a notice of appeal of the
   bankruptcy court's decision in the creditor's adversary proceeding; as a
   result, that notice of appeal was untimely and the appeal of the
   bankruptcy court's order denying a discharge is dismissed; the debtor's
   appeal of the bankruptcy court's decision in the trustee's adversary
   proceeding is also dismissed since the denial of the debtor's discharge
   leaves the debtor no effective relief.
