Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. The bankruptcy court did not err in
denying debtor a discharge under the provisions of 11 U.S.C. Sec.
727(a)(2) and (4); nor did the court err in avoiding transfers from debtor
to family members as those transfers were avoidable under Sec. 548 as
fraudulent transfers and were recoverable under Sec. 550; other transfers
were avoidable under Sec. 544 and recoverable under Sec. 550; order
authorizing the trustee to sell the homestead under Sec. 363 is affirmed;
the bankruptcy court did not err in finding the homestead was not exempt
agricultural property under Minnesota law; similarly, the court did not err
in finding animals, farming equipment and supplies were not exempt
under Minnesota law.
