   Petition for Review - Packers and Stockyards Act. For the court's prior
   opinion in the matter, see Syverson v. U.S. Dept. Of Agriculture, 601
   F.3d 793 (8th Cir. 2010). While the 16-month suspension imposed on
   remand was substantial, Syverson could not show that it was unwarranted
   under the law or unjustified by the facts, and the suspension is affirmed.
