U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-1694
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Des Moines
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Loken and Gruender, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - habeas. For the court's opinion in Davis's direct criminal
appeal, see U.S. v. Davis, 534 F.3d 903 (8th Cir. 2008). District court did
not err in rejecting Davis's claim that counsel was ineffective for failing
to object to the prosecution's use of a visual display as the content of the
exhibit was properly admitted, and use of the exhibit, while not to be
condoned, did not prejudice Davis.
