U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-1855
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa - Cedar Rapids
[PUBLISHED] [Shepherd, Author, with Riley, Chief Judge, and
Webber, District Judge]
Criminal case - Criminal law and Sentencing. District court did not
abuse its discretion in revoking defendant's supervised release where
defendant admitted to violating ten conditions of his supervised release
and demonstrated a stubborn unwillingness to comply with the conditions
of his release; district court did not clearly err in imposing a special
condition of supervision which requires defendant to return to the
residential reentry center upon his release from prison.
