   Civil case - torts. Under Arkansas law, the filing of a workers'
   compensation claim did not toll the statute of limitations for a tort claim
   against the employer for the same injury, and the district court did not err
   in finding the tort claim was time barred; one year "savings statute" did
   not save the claim. Judge Melloy, dissenting.
