Civil case - Election Laws. Claim that Minn. Stat. Sec. 211B.11, subd.
1, banning the wearing of any political insignia to a polling place, was
facially invalid under the First Amendment is rejected, as the law is
viewpoint neutral and served a legitimate state interest in assuring the
peace, order and decorum of the polling place; plaintiff failed to allege
that Minnesota causes selective enforcement of the facially neutral statute
and policy and therefore failed to state an equal protection claim. Judge
Shepherd, concurring in part and dissenting in part.
