Petition for Review - immigration. Denial of motion to reopen claim for cancellation of removal based on new evidence is affirmed. We cannot say BIA did not consider new evidence or improperly distort the substance of the evidence. BIA was within its discretion in determining that the new evidence did not warrant reopening the case.
