Civil Case - civil rights. Grant of summary judgment based on qualified immunity to officer who shot and killed suspect during undercover drug transaction is affirmed. Officer's use of deadly force did not violate Campos's constitutional rights in light of Campos's reckless driving and attempt to escape. Officer had probable cause to believe Campos posed threat of serious danger to officers and others.
