   Civil case - Franchise law. The district court did not err in granting
   defendant's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claim for
   violation of the Missouri franchise law because the plain language of the
   statute unambiguously requires that the general definition of "franchise"
   applies to liquor supplier-wholesaler relationships, and the relationship
   between the parties did not satisfy this definition because defendant never
   granted plaintiff a license to use a trademark or related characteristic and
   the parties did not share a community of interest.
