U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-2467
U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska - Omaha
[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Gruender and Shepherd, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Employment Discrimination. As a matter of law, plaintiff
did not show a sexually harassing hostile environment sufficiently severe
or pervasive so as to alter the conditions of her employment, a failure that
dooms her hostile work environment claim; as a result, the district court
erred in denying defendant's motion for summary judgment based on
qualified immunity.
