U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 11-2591
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - Cape Girardeau
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Smith and Shepherd, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Sentencing. For the court's prior opinion in the matter,
see U.S. v. Ossana, 638 F.3d 895 (8th Cir. 2011). On remand, the district
court did not err in finding that the government met its burden of proof to
show that defendant's Arizona conviction for aggravated assault qualified
as a crime of violence for sentencing purposes.
