   Civil case - Conversion. In action alleging defendants converted Elvis
   Presley memorabilia belonging to the estate, there was a genuine issue of
   material fact as to when the estate's claim for conversion of property by a
   bailee accrued, and the district court erred in granting defendants' motion
   for summary judgment on statute of limitations grounds.
