   Civil case - Civil rights. In action alleging social service workers
   violated plaintiffs' civil rights by recommending that the custody of their
   son be granted to his grandparents, the district court did not err in
   granting defendants' motion for summary judgment as defendants were
   entitled to qualified immunity on the federal claims and official immunity
   on the state claims in the suit.
